On our end of season survey, 90% of respondents said that they wanted more training opportunities in the off-season. In addition to the speed and strength training on Tuesdays and Thursdays, we’re going to have 4 Saturday morning skills training sessions at NX Level Athletics in Waukesha for Jr. Lancer Football players in grades 5, 6 & 7.
The goal of the 90 minute training sessions is to provide foundational football instruction for offense, defense and special teams. Players will rotate through position drills and progressions led by BC Varsity players and coaches, in combination with Jr. Lancer coaches.
We know that there will be potential schedule conflicts with winter sports and family obligations, but the hope is that athletes can make as many sessions as possible.
If your son/daughter has registered for any of the weekly performance training sessions during the week, there will be no cost for these sessions. A code will be emailed to you to use for the registration. If your son/daughter is not registered for any training, the registration fee will be just $25 for all 4 sessions.
