Welcome to BC Football Lancer Nation!
On our end of season survey, 90% of respondents said that they wanted more training opportunities in the off-season. In response to that we’re going to be offering Performance training (Speed, Strength, Agility, Mobility) in the BC weight room two days a week for the winter and spring seasons.
Training will be led by Coach Jacob Gravenkamp who is a certified clinical exercise physiologist and has been training youth athletes for the last 5 years both at BC and at Lifetime Fitness. He is someone that takes great pride in developing our Jr. Lancer athletes and delivering age appropriate training programs.
Sessions will run on both Tuesday and Thursday nights with the cost being $10/session (~50% of what local training facilities charge per session). The link to the registration is below and there are opportunities to purchase multiple session packages at a discount as well.
